All ties to be played by Monday 27th February 2012. Home players to arrange the fixture and must give 3 possible dates to play including a weekend date. Fixtures need to be arranged by Monday 13th February 2012. In the event of the home players not making contact with their opponents, they will forfeit the fixture. Also, if I am not to receive a result within the timescale above, the AWAY players will progress to the next round.
